Golf cart mirrors — 12 side and rear view mirrors from GTW and MadJax, priced from about $15 to $60. The range covers clamp-on side mirrors, folding mirrors and wide panoramic rear-view mirrors, and most fit any cart with a standard roof strut or windshield frame.

Which mirror do you need?

A panoramic rear-view mirror clips to the roof struts and gives a wide view behind — the single most useful mirror on a cart carrying passengers or towing. Side mirrors matter once you drive anywhere with traffic, and are typically required for street-legal (LSV) use along with lights, turn signals and a windshield.

Mounting

Most golf cart mirrors are clamp-on and fit standard roof struts or windshield frames without drilling, which is why they are close to universal across EZGO, Club Car, Yamaha and Evolution carts. Check the clamp size against your strut diameter if your cart has non-standard supports. Folding mirrors are worth it if you park in a garage or tight cart barn — fixed mirrors are the first thing to get knocked off.

Street-legal use

If you are converting a cart for road use, mirrors are one item on a longer list that usually includes headlights, turn signals, brake lights, a horn, a windshield, seat belts and reflectors. Requirements vary by state, so confirm your local rules before you build.
