Wheel spacers push the wheel outward from the hub to widen a golf cart’s track. Top Spinner carries Jake’s aluminium spacers in 1″, 2″ and 3″, all universal fit and sold in sets of two, alongside centre caps and valve stems.

Why fit wheel spacers?

A wider track improves stability, particularly on a lifted cart where the higher centre of gravity is felt in turns. Spacers also create clearance for wider wheel and tire packages that would otherwise foul the body or suspension.

Choosing a spacer width

Start with the clearance you actually need rather than the widest available. 1″ is usually enough to clear a modest tire upgrade; 2″ and 3″ suit larger all-terrain packages on lifted carts. Spacers are sold in sets of two, so a full cart needs two sets.

Fitting notes

Spacers move the wheel outboard, so the original lug studs must still engage fully — check thread engagement before running the cart, and re-torque the lug nuts after the first short drive. Browse the matching golf cart wheels and tires if you are upgrading the package at the same time.
