Club Car DS Parts & Accessories

Club Car DS parts and accessories for the 1981–2014 DS — wheels and tires, seats, lift kits, body panels, windshields, lighting and chargers. The DS is Club Car's long-running square-body platform, and because it was built for more than three decades, model year matters more here than on any other cart.

Identifying your DS

Club Car changed the DS repeatedly over its life — body materials, front cowl design, electrical systems and brakes all shifted. The serial number, found under the passenger seat or on the frame, tells you the year, and most DS listings specify a year range. Ordering by year range rather than by appearance avoids the majority of fitment problems.

DS vs Precedent

The Precedent replaced the DS in 2004 with a completely different rounded body. Body panels, windshields and light kits do not interchange between the two. Wheels, tires and most bolt-on accessories do.

Restoring an older DS

The DS is the most commonly restored golf cart, and the parts that wear out first are seats, body panels, windshields and battery components. Electric DS carts are frequently 36V — six 6-volt batteries — which affects both the charger and any lithium conversion you plan.
