Drive2 or Drive (G29)?

The Drive2 arrived in 2017 with restyled bodywork and updated running gear; the Drive / G29 ran from 2007 to 2016. Windshields, body panels, light kits and some lift kits differ between them. Wheels, tires and most accessories cross over. If you are unsure, check the serial number under the seat.

Gas or electric — check before ordering

Drive2 is sold in gas (EFI) and electric versions, and they use different front-end and drivetrain parts. Electric Drive2 carts are typically 48V, and chargers must match both the voltage and Yamaha's own plug style.
