Golf carts almost universally use a 4-on-4 bolt pattern, which is why the same set fits EZGO, Club Car, Yamaha and Evolution carts alike.

Why buy a combo instead of wheels and tires separately?

Every set here ships already mounted and balanced, so fitting is a straight bolt-on job with no tire-shop visit. Combos are usually better value than buying a wheel and a tire separately, and they remove the risk of pairing a tire diameter that will not clear your body. Remember to check lug nuts — new wheels often need a different seat type or thread pitch than the ones on your cart.

What 16 inch setups need

Expect to run a 6″ or taller lift kit and to check clearance carefully at full steering lock. At this size the sidewall is very short, so the lift kit's suspension does nearly all the ride-quality work — a quality drop-axle or A-arm kit makes a bigger difference here than on smaller setups.

Trade-offs worth knowing

Large wheels add rotating and unsprung weight, which slightly reduces acceleration and, on an electric cart, range. Ride is firmer because there is less sidewall to absorb bumps. Most owners buying 16″ are prioritising appearance and stance, and that is a perfectly valid reason — just go in knowing the trade.
